Orders are generally shipped within 24-36hrs using Australia Post.
Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days. Flat rate shipping fee of $9 applies to orders shipping to Australia and is FREE for orders over $100.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees, depending on the destination country. If these charges aren’t collected at checkout, you may be responsible for paying them before your order can be delivered.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible to thesanctarygift@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
