FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 24-36hrs using Australia Post.
Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days. Flat rate shipping fee of $9 applies to orders shipping to Australia and is FREE for orders over $100.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer $9 flat rate shipping to Australia.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping to the following countries: New Zealand. United States of America and the United Kingdom.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Sanctuary BNE is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible to thesanctarygift@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
