A little piece of New Zealand to wear close. This Heartwood wooden heart pendant is handmade using timber rescued in the wake of the Canterbury earthquake demolitions, giving that timber a new chapter.
The ‘Heart’ in Heartwood refers not to the heart of a tree, but to the heart of a people and their resilience in the face of great challenges.
- Handmade from rescued Canterbury timber.
- Heart-shaped wooden pendant measuring 4 × 4 cm.
- Comes in a wooden display box.
- Natural grain varies slightly, but your piece will be very similar to the one pictured.
A little piece of New Zealand to keep close, whether you’re a Kiwi missing home or choosing a gift for someone who holds Aotearoa close to their heart.
