New Zealand Greenstone Double Koru Toki 75mm

The Toki: Known in English as the Adze. The Toki had much meaning to the Maori, it was of course an essential tool for the survival and day to day life of a Maori tribe, it was usually fashioned from stone or greenstone.

The Greenstone koru has a dual meaning. It is commonly used in Maori art as a symbol of creation due to its fluid circular shape. The koru is also said to represent new life. Literally speaking, the baby fern frond slowly unwinds over its adolescent life as it grows into a mature frond.

This Awesome New Zealand Greenstone Double Koru Toki is 75mm x 30mm.

The pendant comes to you on a long traditional waxed adjustable cord, information card and gift pouch.

A wonderful gift for friends or between family members. A spiritual keepsake.

This piece of Greenstone is from the Hokitika in New Zealand.
